Is it hard keeping everything in order?
Making sure that the 17 bars aboard the Radiance are up to the expectations of the guests does not seem like an easy task, but I enjoy life at sea because I truly loves my job. Perhaps, it's also because I work with one of the friendliest crews.
What's your favorite part of your job?
I can't stress enough that it's my pleasure to make sure anyone asking for a glass of wine onboard is a little happier. I will recommend a Conundrum to light up the dinner and a nice California Cabernet, perhaps a Caymus, to go with that juicy steak at Chops - My mission is to make the experience even more enjoyable.
