Are there plans to continue bringing more ships to Australia during the southern hemisphere’s summer season?
– Wayne H.
We are excited about our deployment and plans for Australia. It is a popular destination which, combined with New Zealand, provides a number of unique ports and great guest experience. For the upcoming season, our 5th, we offer 36 sailings with a variety of itinerary options on Rhapsody of the Seas as well as Radiance of the Seas. The programs for the two ships compliment each other and provide itinerary options to the South Pacific, Queensland, Tasmania and New Zealand as well as two “Round Australia” programs.
Are there any plans in the near future to promote a cruise that goes around the world?
– Thomas P.
At this time we do not plan on offering a cruise around the world.
Has Royal Caribbean considered doing the 3 night cruise to nowhere from NY/NJ during the summer months?
We do not plan to offer a cruise to nowhere product. Our goal is to deliver the vacation of a lifetime to our guests. We strive to provide the best, most innovative ships, features, destinations and personalized service.
I would like to see other Caribbean destinations besides the usual East/West Caribbean destinations. Why not consider raising the bar on destinations different from the rest of the pack?
– Lisa L.
Lisa, thanks for the feedback. We will continue to offer Southern Caribbean seasonal cruises on Adventure of the Seas as well as Serenade of the Seas this winter and Brilliance of the Seas for the 2012-13 winter season. These ships home port out of San Juan, Puerto Rico and offer weekly 7 night cruises which call on destinations such as St. Kitts, St. Thomas, Tortola, Aruba, Curacao, Antigua, St. Lucia, Barbados, Grenada, Dominica and Guadeloupe. Please reference the individual sailings to see which specific ports of call are for each itinerary.
