Instead of writing about the new delicious dishes coming October 29th to Oasis of the Seas’ 150 Central Park by Chef Michael Schwartz, we are going to show you. I was so impressed with ALL of the dining onboard Oasis of the Seas…The “farm to ship” concept being executed by Chef Schwartz and Chef Molly Brandt takes cruise cuisine to new heights. The food reminded me of when I was a judge on Iron Chef America for Food Network, it was that good!

this film, reminded me, why I love to cruise. the food looked wonderful. I hope to go out on the allure next year. the only thing I saw, that I thought was a little iffi, was the cooks using their bare hands to handle to food. I am sure they are very clean, but in most restaurants that is a NO NO

What new resturants will be on Rhapsody of the Seas after the Drydock in March 2012. We have a group going to Alaska in June
