I was so impressed with ALL of the dining onboard Oasis of the Seas…The “farm to ship” concept being executed by Chef Schwartz and Chef Molly Brandt takes cruise cuisine to new heights. The food reminded me of when I was a judge on Iron Chef America for Food Network, it was that good!

this film, reminded me, why I love to cruise. the food looked wonderful. I hope to go out on the allure next year. the only thing I saw, that I thought was a little iffi, was the cooks using their bare hands to handle to food. I am sure they are very clean, but in most restaurants that is a NO NO

The menu and the food look amazing. Is this the menu for the Chef’s Table or 150 Central Park?? Kinda confused since this meal was served at the Chef’s Table. Please let us know so we can book accordingly in December. Thanks Adam and RCI!

  Hi John, the food featured was a sample of dishes by Michael Schwartz. Many of the dishes will be featured on the menu for 150 Central Park.

What new resturants will be on Rhapsody of the Seas after the Drydock in March 2012. We have a group going to Alaska in June

This film was great! My husband and I have reservations at 150 Central Park on the Allure of the Seas on December 10 for my husbands birthday. I am so excited!

Lisa Lutoff-Perlo is Executive Vice President of Operations for Royal Caribbean International overseeing Hotel Operations, Marine Operations, Land Operations, Entertainment and Activities, and Food and Beverage Operations. Lisa has held a variety of roles since joining Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. in 1985 and last served as Celebrity Cruises' Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations, where she played a vital role in shaping extraordinary guest experiences for the brand and was instrumental in the delivery of the line's Solstice-Class of ships. In 2001, Travel Agent magazine named Lisa one of the "Most Powerful Women in Travel." Lisa is an avid and passionate (American) football fan and has named two of her puppies (she has 5) after her favorite team's quarterback.
