Enjoy a 5-Course Meal Onboard Oasis with Master Chef Michael Schwartz

In today’s post we are going to do something a little different.  Instead of writing about the new delicious dishes coming October 29th to Oasis of the Seas’ 150 Central Park by Chef Michael Schwartz, we are going to show you.  So please sit back and relax as you enjoy a 5-course meal.

I was so impressed with ALL of the dining onboard Oasis of the Seas…The “farm to ship” concept being executed by Chef Schwartz and Chef Molly Brandt takes cruise cuisine to new heights. The food reminded me of when I was a judge on Iron Chef America for Food Network, it was that good!

Chris, we really appreciate your acknowledgment of the “farm to ship” concept. It means even more coming from someone who is recognized in the food community.

  2. Sandy Bruso

Looks so fantastic.!!! I would so like to do another cruise.

    • Adam

Thanks, Sandy. We hope to see you again soon.

this film, reminded me, why I love to cruise. the food looked wonderful. I hope to go out on the allure next year. the only thing I saw, that I thought was a little iffi, was the cooks using their bare hands to handle to food. I am sure they are very clean, but in most restaurants that is a NO NO

Thanks for your compliments, Cass. Guest safety is our priority and we assure you that all of our food preparation techniques follow appropriate health guidelines.

The menu and the food look amazing. Is this the menu for the Chef’s Table or 150 Central Park?? Kinda confused since this meal was served at the Chef’s Table. Please let us know so we can book accordingly in December. Thanks Adam and RCI!

    • Adam

Hi John, the food featured was a sample of dishes by Michael Schwartz. Many of the dishes will be featured on the menu for 150 Central Park.
