Q:  What should I do if I haven't received my cruise documents and my sailing is less than two weeks away?
A:  If your scheduled departure date is less than two weeks away and:
Your reservation has been paid in full
Your air arrangements have been confirmed
All pre and post-packages have been cleared from wait lists
All names on your reservation are correct
Then you should contact your travel agent or Customer Service at (800) 398-9819.
