| How do I enable javascript? |

To enable javascript, just follow the instructions below specific to your browser (Netscape or Internet Explorer) and computer platform (PC or Mac).
Netscape 6
PC and Mac
- Click on the Edit menu and select "Preferences."
- On the left hand side of the Preferences box, scroll to the bottom and click on "Advanced."
- On the right hand side, check the boxes for "Enable Java" and "Enable Javascript." (For Mac users, it will say "Enable Javascript for Navigator".)
- Click "OK" at the bottom of the Preferences box.
Netscape 7
PC and Mac
- Click on the Edit menu and select "Preferences."
- On the left hand side of the Preferences box, scroll to the bottom and click on "Advanced."
- On the right hand side, check the box for "Enable Javascript."
- Go back to the left hand side and click on the arrow next to the Advanced label. More options should appear below it.
- Click on "Scripts and Plugins."
- On the right hand side, check the box for "Navigator."
- Click "OK" at the bottom of the Preferences box.
Internet Explorer 5 & 6
PC
- Click on the Tools menu and select "Internet Options."
- Click on the Security tab.
- From the list of web content zones displayed, select "Internet."
- Click on the "Custom level..." button at the bottom.
- In the new window that will appear, scroll to the bottom until you see "Active Scripting" and select "Enable."
- Click "OK" at the bottom of that box.
- Click "OK" at the bottom of the Internet Options box.
Mac
- Click on the Edit Menu or the Explorer Menu (Mac OS X only) and select "Preferences."
- On the left hand side of the Preferences box, click on the "Web content" label.
- On the right hand side, in the Active Content area, check the box for "Enable scripting."
- Click "OK" at the bottom of the Preferences box.
Firefox 1.0
PC and Mac
- Click on the Tools menu and select "Options..."
- At the top of the Options box, click on "Content."
- On the left side, check the boxes for "Enable Java" and "Enable Javascript."
- Click "OK" at the bottom of the Options box.
Or: double-click the yellow lock icon in the lower right corner of the screen while connected to a secure site.
