Make sure you budget time for a trip to MacArthur Center, Norfolk's newest $300 million shopping destination. Pace yourself, the 9 square blocks is a lot to work in one afternoon. Foodies from all over flock to Granby Street, also known as Restaurant Row. Stroll the sidewalk and let your nose be your guide as flavors mingle liberally in the riverfront air. Hip little bistros pop up all the time, so don't skimp on adventurous taste testing.
