Home to the Belmol Cattle Project, this little island supplies beef to Japan, Australia and many other Pacific Islands. Come and sample the local angus, limousin, and charolais directly from the source. But the island's menu boasts much more than beef. Treat yourself to sweet pineapples, mangos, island cabbage, and coconut crab - considered to be an island delicacy and an aphrodisiac.
