The Biggest Boldest Crew at Sea. As the world’s largest and most innovative cruise ship, Harmony of the Seas® is a magnificent feat. From the tallest slide at sea’s 100-foot plunge to the ship’s sheer weight of 2,150 tons, there are a host of sizable statistics. The numbers behind the people who bring this adventure to life are just as impressive. Over 2,100 crew members representing 77 different nationalities call Harmony of the Seas home — making it as diverse as the destinations it visits and the guests it entertains.

A newcomer to Harmony of the Seas®, Vijay Singh manages the operation of 20 dining options onboard, ensuring our guests a vacation that’s as delicious as it is unforgettable. A kid at heart, Nate Good got his Royal Caribbean start after joining the Youth Staff in 2012, ship hopping across Radiance®, Jewel®, Grandeur®, Liberty®, Freedom®, Oasis®, Allure®, and now Harmony® where he oversees the Adventure Ocean® Youth Program. Under his leadership, Adventure Ocean provides our little cruisers with activities and educational enrichment, allowing mom and dad to enjoy some couples time. In his free time Nate enjoys scuba dives, golf and a little rest and relaxation on the beach.
A man born for the sea, Jason Jolly joined Royal Caribbean as Dive Instructor on Oasis of the Seas® in 2011, before becoming the Shore Excursions Manager onboard Harmony — with adventures at our private destination Labadee® and on Quantum of the Seas® in between. He’s a FlowRider® surfing super star and enjoys snorkeling, kayaking and, of course, diving in his free time. Be sure to spot Jason competing in his favorite activity, Guests vs. Officers Volleyball.
