Richard D. Fain
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.

Richard D. Fain is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., the global cruise company operating 38 ships under the Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean International, Pullmantur, Azamara Cruises and CDF Croisières de France brands.
Fain joined Royal Caribbean in 1979 as an outside director on the company’s Board of Directors. He became the cruise line’s Chairman and CEO in 1988. Prior to joining Royal Caribbean, Fain spent 13 years as treasurer, chief financial officer and joint managing director of Gotaas-Larsen Shipping Corp., a London-based owner and operator of cargo ships.
Fain is a member of the National Conference for Community and Justice, and serves on the World Wildlife Fund's National Council, the Florida Council of 100 and the University of Miami’s Board of Trustees. In addition, he is Chairman of the United Way of Miami-Dade County.
Fain is a former chair of the Miami Business Forum, the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau and of the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), an industry trade association representing nearly 17,000 affiliated travel agencies and the bulk of the world's cruise lines. He has also served as co-chair of the United Way Campaign of Miami-Dade County and as chair of the POW WOW Host Committee in Miami.
In 2004, Fain received the Ultimate CEO Award from the South Florida Business Journal and accepted the Ellis Island Medal of Honor from the National Ethnic Coalition Organization. He was inducted into the South Florida Business Hall of Fame in October 2004.
Fain was presented one of France's most distinguished awards, the Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur (French Legion of Honor), and was named Commander, First Class, of the Order of the Lion by Finland. In addition to being the recipient of the Anti-Defamation League's 2000 Distinguished Community Service award, he was named the 1999 Statesman of the Year by the Wharton School Club of South Florida, as well as the 1998 Humanitarian of the Year by the American Red Cross of Greater Miami and the Keys.
Fain holds a B.S. degree in economics from the University of California at Berkeley and a M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Fain and his wife, Colleen, have four children and reside in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Adam M. Goldstein
President and CEO Royal Caribbean International

Adam Goldstein was named President of Royal Caribbean International in February 2005 and in September 2007 expanded his role to include CEO. Goldstein oversees fleet operations, sales and marketing, brand development, supply chain management, government & community relations and Royal Celebrity Tours. Prior to his appointment, Goldstein served as Royal Caribbean's Executive Vice President, Brand Operations, with similar responsibilities, from 2002 - 2005.
Goldstein has been with the company since 1988. Prior to 2002 he held the positions of Senior Vice President, Total Guest Satisfaction; Senior Vice President, Marketing; Vice President, Marketing; Vice President, International Sales and Marketing; Director, Market Development; and Corporate Secretary to Royal Caribbean's Board of Directors.
Goldstein serves on the Board of Directors of the Travel Industry Association of America (TIA). He was National Chair of TIA in 2001. Goldstein also serves on the Board of Trustees of Our Kids, Inc., the nonprofit with oversight responsibility for foster care and related services for approximately 5,000 children in Miami-Dade and Monroe counties.
In 1998, Advertising Age named Goldstein to the "Marketing 100," the magazine's annual roundup of the best and brightest American and international marketing minds.
Goldstein graduated with honors from Princeton University, majoring in public policy at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. He also has a law degree from Harvard and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD, the European business school in Fontainebleau, France. Goldstein and his wife, Cheryl, have two children, David and Julie, and live in Miami-Dade County, Fla.
Brian Rice
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.

Brian Rice serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Office for Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. He is widely recognized as a leader in revenue management, having overseen the conceptual development and implementation of the company's highly regarded revenue-management systems and procedures. He also designed many of the company's financial-management models, and led numerous operational and financial initiatives.
After joining Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. in 1989, Rice served in a variety of senior management positions, including executive vice president, Revenue Performance; vice president, Market Planning and Development; and director, Revenue Planning and Analysis.
Prior to joining Royal Caribbean, he was director of sales planning and administration at Kloster Cruises Ltd., the former parent company of Norwegian Cruise Line and Royal Viking Line. He also has held several managerial positions in sales, marketing and finance.
Rice earned a bachelor's degree in marketing and management from Jacksonville University and a master's in business administration with a concentration in marketing and promotion from the University of Miami.
Harri Kulovaara
Executive Vice President, Maritime Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.
A cruise industry veteran of more than 20 years, Harri Kulovaara was appointed executive vice president, Maritime, in January 2005. He previously served as senior vice president, Marine Operations, since 1997, when Royal Caribbean combined its marine operations and quality assurance functions.
Prior to joining Royal Caribbean in 1995, Kulovaara served as executive vice president and chief operating officer for Oy Silja Line AB, a leading cruise ferry operator based in Finland. He also was named executive vice president for Silja Line's parent company, Effjohn Oy Ab.
Kulovaara is a naval architect, MSCC Engineer, who graduated from the Technical University of Helsinki in Finland.
Craig Milan
President, Royal Celebrity Tours
Craig Milan is president of Royal Celebrity Tours, the tour company launched in 2000 by Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., parent company of Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises.
Milan brings more than 20 years of tour and travel experience to Royal Celebrity Tours. Most recently, he served as vice president of e-commerce for the North American Leisure Group, a division of Airtours plc., where he was responsible for the electronic distribution of the group's vacation products.
Previously, Milan served as president and chief executive officer of SunTrips/Sunquest Inc., a company of Airtours and vice president of business development for Sunquest Holdings USA, Inc., a division of Airtours. Earlier positions were with Certified Vacations, Continental/Eastern Sales Inc., Continental Airlines and New York Air.
Milan is a graduate of the Florida Institute of Technology.
Susan Hooper
Senior Vice President, Managing Director, Europe, Middle East & Africa Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.

Susan Hooper joined Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.in July 2004 and is responsible for the profitability and commercial development of the company including its two leading cruise brands, Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises across Europe, Middle East and Africa. She has specific responsibility for the company's offices in Frankfurt, Oslo, Genoa and Barcelona, as well as the European head office in Weybridge, Surrey and the 15 international representatives across the region.
Prior to joining Royal Caribbean, Hooper served as commercial vice president, EMEA, for Avis Europe, where she directed the company's global and regional sales, brand marketing, corporate strategy, e-Commerce, pricing, revenue and yield management, and customer-contact centres. She also had commercial responsibility for the group HQ and the network of 116 countries.
Hooper also has held senior positions in general management, brand marketing and strategy with PepsiCo, Frito-Lay International and the global consulting firm McKinsey & Company in both Eastern and Western Europe. In the 1980s, she developed some of the world's largest and best-known consumer brands at the advertising firms Saatchi & Saatchi, Young & Rubicam and Benton & Bowles in Germany.
Hooper is currently a non-executive director of First Choice plc, Transcom Worldwide SA in Luxembourg and is a trustee of the Suzy Lamplugh Fund. She has also served as a non-executive director on the boards of Courtaulds and Royal & Sun Alliance in London. She is a member of the Marketing Group of Great Britain.
Born in England and raised in the United States, Susan studied in both countries, gaining a BA in International Studies and Economics at the Johns Hopkins University in Maryland, USA. She then went on to an accelerated BA-MA programme concentrating in International Politics and Economics in Washington, DC. She is fluent in German and Italian and speaks conversational Czech and Polish. She lives with her family in London.
Lisa Bauer
Senior Vice President, Hotel Operations Royal Caribbean International

Lisa Bauer is currently Senior Vice President, Hotel Operations for Royal Caribbean International. In her current role, Bauer oversees the line's hotel services, food and beverage, onboard revenue and entertainment areas. Bauer has worked at Royal Caribbean International since October 2002, directing sales activities throughout North America. Bauer was a key architect of the line's successful "ETDBW - Easy To Do Business With" program.
Prior to joining Royal Caribbean, Bauer worked for Our Lucaya Beach & Golf Resort where she served as Vice President for Marketing and Sales. She was responsible for the resort's global sales and marketing activities, including field leisure, meeting sales, marketing, public relations, e-commerce and reservations.
Bauer was previously involved with the airline industry serving as Vice-President of Marketing, Sales and Distribution for Midwest Express Airlines and later working for Legend Airlines as the Senior Vice President for Marketing and Customer Service. In those roles, Bauer created marketing, advertising and sales strategies. She also was responsible for a national sales force, as well as creating and managing a groups and meeting department.
Throughout her career, Bauer has received numerous honors, including being selected as one of the most powerful women in travel by Travel Agent Magazine in May 2000. She also served on the boards of the Grand Bahama Island Tourism Board, Greater Milwaukee Open - PGA tour event and the Betty Brinn Children's Museum.
Bauer has completed the Certified Travel Counselor program and the Accredited Cruise Counselor program.
Alice Norsworthy
Senior Vice President - Marketing Royal Caribbean International

Alice Norsworthy has been with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines since October 2005, she is currently Senior Vice President, Marketing for Royal Caribbean International. In that role she is responsible for all aspects of the cruise line's marketing program, including brand strategy and positioning, consumer and trade advertising, web and loyalty marketing, research, and brand development.
In her former position at Walt Disney World, Norsworthy served as senior vice president of Business Integration, Products & Services where she was responsible for the development of new products and services concepts for the Walt Disney World Resorts. This included Magical Gatherings, a new line of business targeted toward multi-household travel, and the launch of Disney's Magical Express. Among her several past roles at Disney, Norsworthy led Brand Marketing for the resort including the opening of Disney's Animal Kingdom and Downtown Disney. Norsworthy was also a key contributor to several major events at Walt Disney World Resort including the Walt Disney World 25th Anniversary and the Millennium Celebration and from 1999 - 2001, she served as vice president of Disney Cruise Line Marketing.
Prior to working at Disney, Norsworthy was the Advertising and Promotions manager for Boardwalk & Baseball, Inc. in Davenport, Florida and an advertising account executive with Robinson, Yesawich & Pepperdine in Orlando, Florida. Norsworthy received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville.
Michael Bayley
Senior Vice President, International Royal Caribbean International

In his role as Senior Vice President, International, Michael Bayley leads a newly formed international division and is responsible for the sales and marketing strategy for Royal Caribbean International as well as sister brands, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara. He leads the company's regional divisions, which include Europe, Middle East and Africa; Latin America and the Caribbean; and Asia and Pacific.
Previously, Bayley, served as Senior Vice President, Hotel Operations for Royal Caribbean International, where he oversaw the worldwide hotel operations of 21 cruise ships and 22,000 employees dedicated to fulfilling the vacation dreams of more than two million guests annually. Prior to that, he served as Chairman and Managing Director of Island Cruises plc, a joint venture begun in 2002 by Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. and the British tour operator First Choice Holidays. During his tenure, Bayley took the fledgling cruise vacation company from start-up mode to a profit-sustainable business in just 24 months. He also was responsible for significantly increasing market share in both Brazil and the United Kingdom and for achieving a 98 percent guest-satisfaction rating.
Bayley began his career with Royal Caribbean International in 1981, working in a variety of shipboard and shoreside positions with increasing management responsibility, including that of Vice President of Total Guest Satisfaction, Fleet Operations. He also served as vice president of human resources for Caesars Palace Hotel and Casino, one of the world' largest premium gaming resorts, in Las Vegas.
A native of the United Kingdom, Bayley earned a degree in business administration from the University of Bournemouth in England and also attended the South Glamorgan Institute of Higher Education in Wales, where he received a diploma in business studies. He additionally attended a year-long program of advanced economic studies at the University of Essex. Bayley is a Certified Hotel Administrator with the American Hotel and Motel Association; a Maitre d'table with Confrerie de la Chaíne des Rótisseurs; and a member of the American Society of Training & Development.
Capt. William Wright
Senior Vice President, Marine Operations Royal Caribbean International
Capt. William Wright was appointed senior vice president, Marine Operations, in January 2005. He previously served as Royal Caribbean's senior vice president, Safety, Security & Environment, for the fleets of both Celebrity Cruises and Royal Caribbean International, and once was master of Royal Caribbean's Radiance of the Seas.
Wright began his career at the age of 16, working as a deckhand on a commercial dive ship during summer vacations. Fluent in Norwegian, he received his Master Mariner's license in Norway in 1991. In 1992, Wright earned a master's degree in marine engineering from Vestfold College in Norway. He delivers lectures on navigational systems and advanced ship handling at maritime colleges and institutions worldwide.
Wright sits on the Board of Directors of the Florida Ocean Alliance and is a member of the U.S. Navy Oceanographic Research Advisory Panel (ORAP).
Vicki Freed
Senior Vice President, Sales Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.

Vicki Freed is Royal Caribbean International's Senior Vice President, Sales.
Freed oversees the company's 345-person sales force, the largest sales team in the cruise industry. She also manages the company's Trade Support and Services division, which includes Reservations, Group Sales, Customer Service, and Loyalty Programs. Freed reports to Adam Goldstein, President and CEO.
Freed joined the company after 29 years with Carnival Cruise Lines, where she spent the last 15 years as senior vice president of Sales and Marketing. Prior to that, Freed served in a variety of sales management positions within the cruise line. From 1998 to 2000, Freed also served as the first, and only, female chairman of the Cruise Line International Association, the marketing and travel agent training arm of the North American cruise industry.
During her 29 years at Carnival, Freed earned numerous awards and accolades for outstanding achievement in sales and marketing, including being named Travel Trade magazine's "Executive of the Year," becoming the first female executive to receive that honor. In 2006, Freed received the Helmsman's Award for Best Cruise Line Executive, presented by Daily Cruise News.
Freed has been appointed to serve on the Florida Commission on Tourism, a private/public partnership that is responsible for promoting Florida tourism. She also serves on the board of directors for ATME. She is a trustee of the United Way of Miami-Dade County. Previously, she served on the board of directors for the South Florida Chapter of Make-a-Wish Foundation for nine years.
Freed earned a bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Colorado. She also holds a Certified Travel Counselor (CTC) designation.
