She was appointed to this position in July 2012 and leads several critical areas for the global cruise brand, including Hotel Operations, Marine Operations, Land Operations, Entertainment and Activities, and Food and Beverage Operations. Lisa has held a variety of roles within her 27-year tenure with Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. and last served as Celebrity Cruises’ Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations, where she played a vital role in shaping extraordinary guest experiences for the brand.

Lisa also paved the way for the brand’s captivating series of onboard entertainment and Celebrity Life activities, a wide range of palate-pleasing, intellectually-enriching and life-enhancing programs designed to deliver a unique and sophisticated onboard experience, including language training in partnership with Rosetta Stone; destination and cultural presentations with Smithsonian Journeys; comparative wine workshops with leading crystal manufacturer Riedel and the availability of educational LeapFrog SchoolHouse products for families sailing with children.
Prior to Celebrity Cruises, Lisa served as Royal Caribbean International’s Associate Vice President of Product Marketing and Strategic Alliances. In that capacity, Lisa led the development of a number of initiatives, including Royal Caribbean’s widely praised launch of Freedom of the Seas, and strategic alliances with Discovery Television, Seattle’s Best Coffee, Johnny Rockets, Fisher Price and Crayola.
Lisa spent 17 years in the sales organization for both Celebrity Cruises and Royal Caribbean International, holding progressively senior roles ranging from district sales manager to associate vice president of national and corporate sales. In 2001, Travel Agent magazine named Lisa one of the “Most Powerful Women in Travel.”
