Full Description:
Begin your half day journey from the pier on foot, and follow your guide to the Pile Gate for your special exploration. Enter the city Stari Grad, the old city of Dubrovnik, whose medieval walls have been designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Completed in the 13th century, the walls and ramparts are still intact and encircle the old city’s circumference by over a mile and a half.
Ascend the stairway at Pile Gate to reach the top of the wall and begin the walk along its perimeter with your guide. You'll see the gorgeous Minceta Fortress, St. John`s Fortress, Bokar Fortress, and the Maritime Museum. Upon reaching the Stradun, you'll discover the center of the Old Town where you'll have the opportunity for independent exploration before joining the coach for the return transfer to the ship.

-You should always take your SeaPass card (provided onboard the ship) and photo identification when in port.

-Local currency for shopping (most stores also accept credit cards).
-Sun protection including sunglasses.
