Enjoy an unforgettable kayaking adventure in the beautiful archipelago of Helsinki. You begin your tour with a coach transfer to a kayaking centre. Upon arrival gear up and begin your kayaking adventure. On the trip you will see islands and birdlife, enjoy the peaceful scenery and learn about the weather, nature and the history of the Finnish archipelago. Your will stop on one the islands that form the archipelago around Helsinki for some snacks. A short transfer will take you back to your ship.

Enjoy an unforgettable kayaking adventure in the beautiful archipelago of Helsinki.

You begin your tour with a coach transfer to a kayaking centre located in eastern Helsinki.
Along the way you will pass the Market Square, Uspenski Orthodox Cathedral, the Presidential Palace and the Finnish Ice Breaker fleet docked for the summer.

Upon arrival to the center we choose appropriate gear and after a short introduction on the shore, we get on the water. The kayaks are easy to handle and very stable. We go through the basic techniques and begin our journey exploring the unique archipelago. You wouldn’t believe being just a few kilometers away from the city center of Helsinki.

During your trip you will see islands and birdlife, enjoy the peaceful scenery and learn about the weather, nature and the history of the Finnish archipelago. Your will stop on one the islands that form the archipelago around Helsinki. Here you will be able to stretch your legs and enjoy a snack that your guide has packed along for this trip. You will continue kayaking from the island back to the kayaking centre and your awaiting transportation.

A short transfer will take you back to your ship.

Note: Kayaking is not a demanding sport, but you need a normal level of fitness to participate. It is recommended that guests dress sporty clothing. Kayaking is a water sport so your clothing may get wet. Sneakers or sandals are recommended. This tour is suited for beginners and experts alike. This excursion will operate in all weather conditions and if needed weatherproof gear will be provided.
