All Casino Royale Offers listed below (the “Casino Offers”) are applicable to NEW individual bookings on Royal Caribbean International made by the qualified player recipient named in the email, home invitation and/or Instant Reward Certificate, with verifiable ratings, who is a resident of the United States or Canada at least twenty one (21) years of age or older (the “Recipient”) and must be used in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

Complimentary Cruise Offers and Complimentary Instant Reward Certificates (the “Complimentary Stateroom Offer”): The Complimentary Stateroom Offer  applies to new individual bookings and provides the  Recipient and one (1) guest one (1) complimentary cruise fare only stateroom, based on double occupancy, on a new individual booking booked prior to "Advertised Date" (the “Book by Date”) on sailings departing prior to "Advertised Date" on the ship(s), sail date(s) and itineraries available upon the Recipient’s redemption of the Offer (the "Qualified Sailings") in the stateroom category(ies) specified on the offer communication. Guarantee cabins may be assigned with a follow up stateroom assignment prior to embarkation. The Complimentary Stateroom Offer is not combinable with any other offer.

Dollars Off Offers and Dollars Off Instant Reward Certificates (the “Dollars Off Offer”): The Dollars Off Offer applies to new individual bookings and provides the Recipient the value listed in the communication redeemable as dollars off the Recipient’s purchase of any sailing departing prior to "Advertised Date" (“Qualified Sailings”), booked prior to "Advertised Date" (“the “Book by Date”), subject to availability. The Dollars Off Offer is combinable with in-market offers and other offers.

Partial Comped Stateroom Offers (the “Discount Stateroom Offer”): Discount Stateroom Offer applies to new individual bookings booked prior to "Advertised Date" (the “Book by Date”) on sailings departing prior to "Advertised Date" on the ship(s), sail date(s) and itineraries provided in this communication (“Qualified Sailings”) and provides the Recipient one (1) complimentary cruise fare only stateroom, based on double occupancy, for the Recipient, and a Casino discount rate for one (1) guest in the same stateroom, offered in select stateroom categories available upon the Recipient’s redemption of the Discount Stateroom Offer. Guarantee cabins may be assigned with a follow up stateroom assignment prior to embarkation. Recipients who sail as a single passenger without a guest in a double occupancy stateroom are responsible for the payment of the cruise fare for the second passenger, at the Casino discount rate. The Discount Stateroom Offer is not applicable to single occupancy staterooms.

Free Play: Recipient may redeem Free Play for promotional slot credit(s) issued to the Recipient’s Sea Pass account (“Credit(s)”) and/or promotional table game chips issued to the Recipient at the Cashiers Desk with the Recipient’s Sea Pass card (“Chips”) . Credit(s) have no cash value, may not be cashed out on specific machines and Recipient may be required to play the Credit(s) in their entirety. Chips are not transferable, not redeemable for cash or onboard credit, for casino game-play only and may not be bartered, sold, transferred, assigned, or gifted. Chips denomination is subject to availability. Chips are not allowed on contra betting on Roulette, Craps, and Baccarat games. Chips stay in play until losing hand.  Winning wager will be paid in value table game chips.  All Free Play must be used by the final night of the Qualified Sailing. The Recipient will not earn Club Royale Rewards Program Tier Credits or Reward Points on gaming of the Free Play.

Redemption of Offers associated to an online web booking:

To redeem, the Recipient must visit www.RoyalCaribbean.com (the “Website”) via the ‘Book Now’ link on an email communication, scan the QR code on a mailed communication, or visit RoyalCaribbean.com/MyOffers. On the Website, click “My Offers”, then the casino offer coupon to display the Qualified Sailings. The Recipient must select a Qualified Sailing and can complete the booking on the Website, or by calling a Casino Royale Representative at 1-888-561-2234, Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST and Saturday - Sunday 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST, or by contacting a professional Travel Advisor or Independent Casino Representative. Upgrades can only be applied by contacting a casino Royal Representative, a professional Travel Advisor, or an Independent Casino Representative. On the Website, any stateroom not marked as ”Complimentary” is a full fare cabin. 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL CASINO OFFERS:

All Casino Offers are applicable to NEW individual bookings on Royal Caribbean International booked prior to the Book by Date on a Qualified Sailing by the Recipient and are not applicable to a group bookings or charters. The Recipient must be booked as the primary guest in the reservation. Royal Caribbean International reserves the right to withhold any offer and/or future offers based on inactivity or a decreased level of gaming play by the Recipient or any gaming play in violation of any rules or regulations.  Any Recipient who redeems a Casino Offer with no play may be removed from future offers. Any Recipient who fails to check in at the pier may be suspended from future offers, will forfeit any offer(s) redeemed, and the remaining guests sailing will be subject to pay the prevailing rates at the time of embarkation.

Casino Offers are nontransferable, cannot be sold or reassigned, and have no cash value except trade in value or dollars off, if applicable. All Casino Offers are subject to stateroom availability, Casino capacity limits, change without notice and may be withdrawn at any time. All charges, including but not limited to all taxes, fees and port expenses, online booking processing fee, if applicable, gratuities, applicable fuel surcharges, upgrades, additional cruise fare, if applicable, additional guests, additional staterooms, air and ground transfers, and onboard expenses are not included. All additional cruise fare, if applicable, online booking fee, if applicable, port expenses, applicable fuel surcharges, taxes and fees must be paid in full to receive a stateroom confirmation and apply to each guest.  All reservations are subject to Royal Caribbean’s Deposit and Cancellation policy and ticket contract. Any changes or cancellations may result in a forfeit of the offer(s).
