He’s also the brilliant culinary mind behind Jamie’s Italian, one of the signature family style restaurants on Anthem of the Seas. Got a few picky eaters on your hands? Try some of Jamie’s tips for helping kids become more adventurous with their food:

  • Make it a competition. Encourage your little ones to see who can enjoy the most exotic, unfamiliar menu item.
  • Order something interesting for the table. It takes the pressure off if they only need to try a bite or two – and they may just love it.
  • Get involved in food preparation. Jamie’s Italian offers fun shaker salads which come in jars that kids can shake up to combine the tasty ingredients and dressing.
