Will I still be picked up on time by GroundLink if my flight is delayed?


GroundLink constantly monitors flights and automatically adjusts the pick up time in accordance with the latest arrival time of the flight. As long as the guest remains on the same airline and flight, they do not need to contact Groundlink as they will check the flight’s status. Only in the event that the guest has changed airlines or flight, will they need to call Groundlink and give us the new information for their pick up.
