Casino Rewards Match Offer Terms.

Submit your Casino Rewards Match request and upload your valid player’s card from an eligible casino program for the opportunity to receive a promotional casino offer (“Rewards Match Offer”) from Royal.

Offer. The Rewards Match Offer provides you a Stateroom Offer, which includes complimentary cruise fare for you and one (1) guest sharing your stateroom, based on double occupancy, subject to the terms and conditions available at: https://www.royalcaribbean.com/guest-terms/english-royale-promo-terms/ (for Royal Caribbean); taxes and other fees are additional and must be paid in full to confirm the stateroom.

Eligibility. To qualify, you must:

(a) complete the Rewards Match application and upload a copy of your valid player’s card from an eligible casino program, in good condition, unexpired, with your name clearly printed;

(b) be a Crown & Anchor Society member opted in to marketing communications;

(c) not have sailed with Royal Caribbean within the 24 months immediately preceding your Rewards Match request; and

(d) be at least 21 years old as of the sailing departure date.

Redemption Requirements. Your Rewards Match Offer:

  • must be redeemed within fifteen (15) days of issuance;
  • must be applied to  a sailing departing within nine (9) months of issuance; and
  • applies only to the ship(s), sail date(s), itinerary(ies), and stateroom category(ies) shown in your offer.

General. The Rewards Match Offer is valid for one (1) redemption per person. It is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion. If you submit both a player’s card and a competing cruise line offer for match consideration, Royal Caribbean will apply the highest-value submission, as determined in its sole discretion. All Rewards Match Offers are subject to verification of issuance eligibility, ship and stateroom availability, and final acceptance by Royal Caribbean.

Casino Rewards Match Offer requires completion of Rewards Match application and upload of a valid, unexpired player’s card (with guest’s name printed) from an eligible casino program. Guest must be a Crown & Anchor Society member opted in to marketing, not have sailed with Royal Caribbean in the preceding 24 months, and be 21+ as of sail date. If approved, recipient will receive a Stateroom Offer, which includes complimentary cruise fare for offer recipient and one (1) guest, double occupancy, subject to the terms at: https://www.royalcaribbean.com/guest-terms/english-royale-promo-terms/ (for Royal Caribbean); additional fees apply.
