1 oz. pineapple rum
½ oz. lime juice
½ oz. passion fruit syrup
1 oz. orange juice
2 oz. sparkling wine
Step 1: Combine pineapple rum, lime juice, passion fruit syrup and orange juice over ice.
Step 2: Shake or stir the mixture.
Step 3: Pour into an ice-filled glass.
Step 4: Top off with sparkling wine.
Step 5: Enjoy!
