Choice Air At our Choice Air website you can purchase airline tickets at the best prices, on virtually any airline, and even have access to some terrific Choice Air Specials. Once booked, you'll know your itinerary in advance, your carrier and seat assignments, and that your flights fit perfectly with your cruise vacation. Ground transportation between the airport and seaport is also available. If you need to make changes to your itinerary after booking, we'll work with the airlines to make the changes for you, with no additional fees other than what the airlines may impose. We'll monitor flights to make sure that air travel disruptions don't ruin your vacation. If your scheduled flight is changed, we'll work with the airline to get you on another flight that gets you to your cruise on time. We'll continue to monitor flights to identify air travel disruptions that could jeopardize your timely arrival at the ship. If any flight disruptions or delays occur, we'll be prepared to assist you. In the event of a delay that causes you to miss your ship, we'll work with you and our airlines for 48 hours to find a reasonable alternative so you can meet up with your ship at the next port (when feasible). If there is a disruption to your cruise schedule that causes you to miss your return flight, we'll work with you and the airline to get you on another flight at no additional cost. North American guests pay a $15 service fee for domestic travel and a $25 fee for international travel. Fees for guests outside of North America are determined by the local Royal Caribbean Cruise Line office. As an alternative to ChoiceAir, guests can take advantage of ChoiceAir Plus. ChoiceAir Plus provides our guests with access to professional agents that give customized, concierge-style travel arrangements. ChoiceAir Plus has all the same benefits of regular ChoiceAir for $35 plus the standard service fee. Contact the ChoiceAir Support Desk at (800) 533-7803. Royal Caribbean International will provide group air arrangements with inclusive travel packages at competitive fares through our Groups Department. While Royal Caribbean will make every effort to accommodate all air requests, group guests originating from the same air city may not necessarily be accommodated on the same flights. All guests using our Group Air Program will receive transportation and baggage transfers between the airport and pier. Requests for group air travel are sent via e-mail to groupair@rccl.com. Please note: The Department of Homeland Security will now require all domestic U.S. airlines and international airlines flying to/from the U.S. to collect and forward the following information for each passenger: passenger's full name (as it appears on government issued IDs, i.e. passport, driver's license), date of birth and gender. Please contact your airline no later than 72 hours (three days) prior to flight departure to confirm your flights and provide them with this required information.
