1. Café Promenade

If you’re in the mood for something quick and tasty, Café Promenade is always a great choice. As its name suggests, it’s located on the bustling Promenade of the ship and serves up quick-and-easy eats 24 hours a day, every day of your vacation. Drop by early in the morning for coffee and pastries to kickstart your day, or pick up a hearty breakfast sandwich or glazed cinnamon bun for extra energy. During lunch, dinner and late at night, you’ll find delicious finger-foods and fuss-free bites — like fried artichoke, savory meatballs, spicy marinated cheese and refreshing antipasti. If you have a sweet tooth, you should definitely try some of Café Promenade’s legendary sweets —their decadent Willy Wonka pies, Mudcakes and fluffy Led Zeppoles are long standing favorites among cruisers. Everything at Café Promenade is included in your cruise fare, so feel free to indulge as much and as often as you like.

2. Park Café

Here’s another fast-casual favorite, located in the ship’s Central Park neighborhood. Park Café is known for its dialed-up deli bites, like fresh salads tossed with all the toppings you want, fresh-pressed paninis stuffed with cold cuts and crisp greens, and Royal Caribbean’s iconic Royal Kümmelweck — a roast beef sandwich that you can only get on select Royal Caribbean ships. You’ll also find tasty desserts and treats here with which to end every meal on a sweet note, as well as a great breakfast spread to start your day with. Like Café Promenade, all the food at Park Café is complementary for cruise guests.

3. Vitality Café

Hitting the gym, the Sports Court or the Rock Climbing Wall to stay on top of your fitness goals? Or maybe you’re just craving something light and healthy before conquering the day’s adventures. Vitality Café is just the place for yummy fare that’s also good for you, and it’s open for breakfast and lunch. You’ll find a wide range of flavorful options, here — including crisp greens and made-to-order salads, filling wraps packed with protein and nutrients, house-made granola you won’t be able to stop munching on and fresh smoothies loaded with antioxidants, vitamins and flavor. Like the Immune Booster, which comes packed with vitamin C in the form of tangy orange juice, lemon and defense-building ginger. Or the Mean Green Juice, a detoxifying blend of green apple, cucumber, spinach and celery. And of course, guests love the Fill Me Up as a post-workout indulgence — it’s a decadent concoction of protein-rich peanut butter, pineapple, banana and vanilla ice cream. Most of the offerings at Vitality Café are complimentary for cruise guests, though some juices and smoothies are available at an additional cost.

4. Sabor Modern Mexican

When cravings for fresh Mexican flavors strike, make a beeline for Sabor. Located in the ship’s Boardwalk neighborhood on Deck Six, this fan-favorite specialty restaurant spotlights traditional dishes from south of the border with a fresh, contemporary spin. Savor spiced carne asada burritos, tacos filled with your favorite meats, cheeses and veggies, refreshing ceviche and, of course, Sabor’s famous just-smashed guacamole. In addition to signature entrees, you’ll find a slew of delicious small plates that are perfect for sharing — including spicy beef empanadas served with garlic sauce and freshly grated tomato, and golden-fried chile calamari served with jalapeño mayo and red mole. Make sure you save room for Sabor’s famous cinnamon churros or creamy, sweet coconut flan. Adults can pair every bite with crave-worthy margaritas in a variety of flavors — including avocado — or signature tequila and mezcal flights.

5. Jamie's Italian By Jamie Oliver

In addition to bold flavors from Mexico, Harmony of the Seas also takes foodies on a culinary journey to Tuscany at Jamie’s Italian by Jamie Oliver. A great spot for intimate family dinners, this casual trattoria-style specialty cruise restaurant highlights Tuscan-inspired cuisine crafted by one of the most iconic celebrity chefs in Britain. The menu here is all about seasonal ingredients and authentic recipes, and everything is served family-style. Start your meal with the restaurant’s creamy burrata and carta di musica bread, served with slow-roasted tomato and crisp arugula. Or share an order of the warm and fragrant buttermilk buns — they taste best spread with herby garlic butter. Truffle lovers go wild over the homemade tagliatelle, served in a decadent truffle cream sauce with just a dash of earthy nutmeg. And if you’re in the mood for seafood, you should definitely order Jamie’s famous prawn linguine. It’s tossed with big, garlicky prawns, shaved fennel, saffron and chili. If you fancy some vino with your meal, you’ll have lots of options to choose from — feel free to ask your waiter for a pairing recommendation.

6. Wonderland Imaginative Cuisine

One of the top-rated cruise fine dining restaurants within the Royal Caribbean fleet is Wonderland Imaginative Cuisine, and you’ll have access to it when you sail onboard Harmony of the Seas. A unique fusion of culinary prowess and creativity, the food at Wonderland is curated to engage all of your senses. Dishes here are as dreamy as they are delicious, and bring together unexpected flavor pairings with artful presentation. Like crispy crab cones topped with cloud-like avocado mousse, spicy Buffalo chicken eggs, liquid lobster paired with bone marrow and caviar, Oceanic citrus with yuzu granite and refreshing gazpacho served with bread foam and pepper spheres. The desserts are equally extravagant, as are the cocktails — they’re called “magical elixirs” here at Wonderland. You’ll find that every moment of your dining experience is out of this world, including browsing the menu — a seemingly blank sheet of paper that transforms when water touches the surface.

7. Izumi Hibachi & Sushi

When you have a reservation at Izumi Hibachi & Sushi, every meal is an unforgettable show. This Royal Caribbean staple has been wowing guests for years on various cruise ships — including Harmony of the Seas. The menu was designed to transport diners to the top culinary capitals of the Far East, from Taipei to Tokyo, Seoul to Singapore and beyond. Tease your taste buds with crispy chicken karaage to start, and make sure to dip it into the sweet Thai chili sauce it comes with. Then savor some of Izumi’s signature sushi rolls, including a beloved option that spotlights tender lobster and creamy avocado in a delightful champagne sauce. On the teppanyaki menu, you’ll find succulent sea scallops, savory NY steak seared to perfection, juicy tiger shrimp and more. Plus, an incredible vegetable fried rice prepared tableside that serves as the perfect accompaniment to any entree.

8. 150 Central Park

Without a doubt, 150 Central Park is the culinary jewel of the Central Park neighborhood onboard Harmony of the Seas. Every dish at this smart-casual specialty cruise restaurant spotlights locally sourced ingredients harvested at their freshest. The crispy Berkshire pork belly is the ultimate way to begin any meal here — it comes sizzling in a port wine reduction over parsnip puree paired with tart apple and watermelon radish slaw. The braised short rib is also a must-try app. You’ll love how the tender, savory meat complements the creamy mascarpone polenta, roasted heirloom carrots and crispy onions it comes served with. As far as mains go, the duck duo is a guest favorite. Seared to perfection, it’s served with juicy poached pears, roasted brussels sprouts and sweet pearl onions. That said, you also can’t go wrong with the pan-seared halibut, prepared in a rich truffle and saffron hollandaise sauce. With so many delicious options to choose from, you’ll definitely want to come back multiple times during your cruise getaway.

9. Coastal Kitchen

If you’re a Pinnacle guest or staying in a Junior Suite, you can indulge in deliciously fresh dining at Coastal Kitchen. Dishes here blend Mediterranean and Pacific Coast influences to bring you light, flavorful fare — like garlicky escargots a la Bourguignonne, delicate roasted veal tenderloin prepared in a vin jaune sauce with fava beans, sweet caramelized onions and creamy green pea puree, and fluffy rosewater panna cotta topped with hand-cut seasonal fruit, kiwi coulis and almond tuile. What’s more, the menu at Coastal Kitchen rotates frequently, so you can try new items every time you visit. If your long-standing favorites aren’t on the night’s selection, just ask your waiter if the team can prepare them for you off-menu. You’ll also find a long wine list to accompany dinner, featuring vintages from Napa to Tuscany.

10. Mini Bites

When you sail on a ship that’s as loaded with adventure and thrills as Harmony of the Seas, finding time to sit down and savor a meal during the day can be a challenge. Enter Mini Bites, your one-stop-shop for delicious, casual, convenient grab-and-go snacks approved by even the pickiest eaters. Refuel in between onboard activities with tasty sliders, grilled cheese, crispy taquitos, crave-worthy pizza and decadent mini cupcakes — just to name some of the many bold bites on offer. Everything on the menu is included in your cruise fare, too.

11. Solarium Bistro

Located just steps from the adults-only Solarium, the Solarium Bistro is the perfect place to soak up stunning ocean views al fresco while indulging in mouthwateringly good Med-inspired dishes. In the morning, it’s all about this cruise restaurant’s impressive breakfast spread — which includes seasonal fruit, creamy yogurt, savory grilled sausage and eggs prepared any way you want them. Not to mention continental classics like flaky pastries and filling bagels with a selection of jams, lox, cheeses and butter. During lunchtime, you can dig into crisp Greek salad, fresh mussels, toasted pita dipped in cool tzatziki, flavorful lamb jobs served with mint jus and buttery lobster sprinkled with citrus. Some dishes here rotate daily, and everything is complimentary.
