Full Description:
Swim, snorkel, soak up the sun, and relax on the dazzling white sand of Sapphire Beach. Drive the scenic south shore road through the country, past mangroves, and head towards the east end of St. Thomas. Pass by bustling Red Hook towards the exquisite Sapphire Beach, your own piece of paradise.
At Sapphire Beach, you will find a complimentary lounger, snorkel gear, and drink ready for you once you arrive. Enjoy snorkeling in the stunning cerulean blue waters, swim with tropical fish amongst living coral reefs, and look out for a turtle popping its head up. There is also a water sports booth that offers wind surfing, kayaks, jet skis, and parasailing at a nominal fee and at your discretion and risk.
After 2 1/2 hours of relaxing fun, return to your ship via the magnificent Skyline Drive - the mountain vein overlooking the historic harbor to the south and the Atlantic to the north. This is a great chance to get your camera out and take pictures of this beautiful vista.
