Begin your journey by private motorboat from the pier along the broad Giudecca Canal to Saint George’s Island. Proceed across the southern lagoon passing the beautiful islands of San Servolo and San Lazzaro. View the ancient Armenian Monastery. Continue along a part of the Lido, a long strip of land dividing the Lagoon of Venice from the Adriatic Sea. Proceed into the canal separating the islands significant to the people of Venice: Le Vignole, a favorite place for leisurely Sunday picnics, and Sant’Erasmo, where fruits and vegetables are grown for the Venetian people.
Continue to the island of Murano, renowned for its glass manufacturing. Return toward Venice, where you’ll see the Arsenale, a vast walled dockyard of the eastern city, which was the most efficient industrial complex in Europe during the Serenissima Republic. Your panoramic tour continues past the ancient church of San Pietro di Castello, the city’s cathedral until the beginning of the 19th century before returning to the ship.

-Flat-soled comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
-During summer, sun protection is highly recommended.

-The boats used for this excursion are not wheelchair accessible and do not have toilet facilities on board.
-This tour is not suitable for full time wheelchair or motorized scooter users.
-Guests will be required to embark and disembark a vessel that sits low in the water and be able to negotiate gangways and steps on/off the motorboats. Guests should take care while entering/exiting the launches.
-Cruising along the Grand Canal is not permitted.
-No stops or interior visits will be made on this tour.
