Depart from the ship and enjoy a panoramic drive toward the modern Calatrava's City of arts and Sciences, actually one of the most international images of Valencia where you will have your first opportunity to take some photos. From there and driving nearby the Turia River bed, going through the city, continuing your panoramic tour will continue by Puente de las flores, la Alameda, Serranos gate, which takes the name from the people who were living at the Sierra (the mountains) because this was the gate they came into town.
continue to La paz street arriving to plaza de la Reina, where our next photo stop is. The Cathedral and it's surroundings will become a part of our photo collection after this stop. You will also have some time to enjoy the Horchata, a tigernut drink part of the Valencian culture (Not included) in one of the bars in the area.
Reboard your coach to drive toward the last century most representative buildings: town hall, bullring, train station, to finish in front of the central market and La Lonja, a magnificient gothic style building, with an impressive façade built on helicoidal columns, which was the silk exchange market. After this stop, your guide will take you to see the Marquis of dos Agua palace Façane, today housing the porcelaine museum before your bus drives you back to the ship.
Note: This tour is designed for those guests who are full time wheelchair users. Space permitting, we will try to accommodate guests with walking difficulties, those unable to handle steps or extended periods of walking or standing. The vehicle used on this excursion is adapted with an access ramp (or lift where available) to accommodate a limited number of wheelchairs. In order to use the ramp and/or lift, guests must be seated in a wheelchair or scooter. Due to liability issues, participants cannot stand on the ramp to be lifted into the vehicle. This tour will be offered for the Adventure of the Seas - only for guests debarking in the port of Malaga.
