The Ancient Mayan Ruins of San Gervasio introduces you to the mystic Mayan civilization. A guide walks you through the largest and most significant Mayan settlement in Cozumel, which also served as a religious center. You'll learn about the deity Ixchel, goddess of fertility and health, and see fragments of the temple, sculptures and the ruins of nine buildings connected by three roads. Your next stop El Mirador, a rocky formation carved out by the ocean. Continue your journey to The Mayan Cacao Company where you'll enjoy a sensory experience while learn about the history of Chocolate, its manufacturing process, demonstration and tasting.
