Full Description: Your journey begins with a boat ride from the ship's pier past the Lapad Peninsula, a well-known tourist area of Dubrovnik, and the magnificent city ramparts before reaching the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Upon arrival in the Old Town Harbor, your guide will lead you through the gates of the city to the most famous pedestrian street, the Stradun. Your guide will lead you through the streets of the town passing by the highlights while providing commentary. Enjoy approximately 1 hour of free time for shopping or independent exploration before boarding the boat for return to the ship's pier.
What to Bring: -You should always take your SeaPass card (provided onboard the ship). -Original photo identification is required when in Dubrovnik due to port security control. -Camera -Local currency for shopping (most stores accept credit cards) -Sun protection and sunglasses
What to Wear: -Strongly recommend wearing light clothing and comfortable walking shoes.
Important Notes: -Walking inside the Old Town is over level terrain with paved and cobblestone surfaces. -Entrance fees to the museums within the city are not included. -It is highly recommended to take the walk around the city walls during the free time.
