Charleston Tea Plantation - CE39

Journey across James, Johns, and Wadmalaw Island to the Charleston Tea Plantation, the only tea plantation in the United States. As you enter the plantation you will see thousands of tea plants growing on acres and acres of rich and fertile lowcountry soil. An informative narrated trolley tour of the grounds and a tour of the Tea Factory are included. On your way back to Charleton driver past the Angel Oak, a magnificent 1400 year old live oak tree.

Tea-lovers rejoice, this adventurous and educational tour takes you to the picturesque Charleston Tea Plantation, the only tea plantation in the United States. You’ll journey to Wadmalaw Island for a narrated trolley tour of the home of American Classic Tea. Thousands of tea plants grow on the acres rich and fertile low country soil. Upon returning to Charleston, you’ll pass the enormous Angel Oak Tree believed to be more than 1400 years old.
