All requests will be reviewed by a Crown & Anchor Society representative up to five days before your sailing date for validation and approval. It's important that the Crown & Society member and guest information is correct for our verification and approval of the request. The request must also meet all Terms & Conditions of the Bring A Friend Promotion. If a request doesn't meet every qualification or is missing information in the reservation or submission, then the request will be declined. If you feel your request was declined and all information was submitted correctly, please contact your local Crown & Anchor Representative. Only after a record is approved will the onboard credit be added to the Crown & Anchor Society member's reservation. Requests made within five days of a saildate may be declined.
