| When can I order something from Gifts & Gear? |

Your item(s) will be delivered to your stateroom. Please note these delivery procedures:
Orders are accepted up until the second day of sailing (except flowers). Orders are delivered on boarding day by 8:00 p.m., unless otherwise requested (except floral arrangements, which are only delivered on boarding day). Please note that orders accepted after the cutoff times below will be delivered on the third day of sailing.
If the cutoff day falls on a federal or company holiday, the cutoff day is moved to the day before. Our office observes the following holidays: Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving and Christmas.
GUIDELINES FOR ORDERING
Weekday Departures (Tues. - Fri.)
Cutoff: 7:00 p.m. EST the day before sailing
Weekend Departures (Sat. - Mon.)
Cutoff: 7:00 p.m. EST the Friday before sailing
European Departures
Cutoff: Three business days prior to sailing
Late orders are subject to a $10.00 late order fee.
