Q:  What if I'm having a problem with my Cruise Credits?
A:  If you've completed a valid cruise but do not see it or your Cruise Points in your My Cruises Account, just click on the "missing Cruise Points link and fill out the form. A Crown & Anchor Representative will contact you shortly.

If you are wondering why a particular cruise didn't qualify for Cruise Points, please contact the Crown & Anchor Desk at (800) 526-9723.
