Q:  Why can't I access secured pages?
A:  Secured pages on our site are only accessible with browsers that support 128-bit encryption. To see if a page is secured, look for a lock symbol in the lower left-hand corner of the browser window or at the page's URL. If the URL begins with https instead of http, it is a secured page. If nothing appears when you try to access a secured page, you should check your browser's level of encryption  to determine if this is the cause of your problem.
