How do I enroll in the Crown & Anchor® loyalty program?

You will be automatically enrolled in the Crown & Anchor loyalty program after completing your first Royal Caribbean® cruise, allowing you to start enjoying membership benefits (applies only to U.S. and Canadian residents). You also have the option to enroll at any time, even before your first cruise.

If you've previously sailed with us but are not yet enrolled, you can easily sign up here or through our Royal Caribbean app. If you can’t recall or are uncertain about your existing Crown & Anchor membership number, contact our dedicated Crown & Anchor customer service line at (800) 526-9723 before your next cruise. For residents outside the U.S. and Canada, please call (541) 285-9723. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET, and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET. When you call, please have your previous cruise information ready, including ship name(s), sail date(s), and booking number(s).

You can also enroll in the program with a Loyalty Ambassador once you are onboard. To ensure that all benefit-related communications and cruise points are accurately linked, it is recommended to use the same email address for enrollment as the one used for booking your cruise.
