You can call Bank of America Customer Service on +1 800 421 2110 if you need assistance with your account, such as general information regarding your credit card account, customer satisfaction or points available for redemption.

Royal Caribbean®, Celebrity Cruises®, Azamara Club Cruises® or its employees do not have access to your credit card account information and will not be able to answer questions relating to your credit card account. Please ensure for your own privacy that you do not discuss your account information with our employees.

You can also manage your credit card account and any earned MyCruise® Points online after you enrol in Online Banking with Bank of America.
