Regarding staggered check in times, will guests have a chance to choose their time through the mobile app? What happens when guests do not respect the appointed time?

A

Guests will schedule an arrival time and wellness appointment while checking in on the mobile app or website, and will be reminded to arrive promptly to ensure boarding is smooth and to allow for proper physical distancing in the terminal. 

For the best check-in and boarding experience, guests should arrive only during their pre-selected check-in/wellness screening time with their entire travelling party. All members of a party must check-in together. Guests check-in appointment is dedicated for their screening, so arriving earlier will result in them being turned away until their scheduled time. 

Guests arriving outside of this window will be directed to a stand-by queue area and will be allowed into the terminal based on the operational flow. Priority will be given to guests arriving as scheduled.
