Yes, all guests and crew will be issued a wearable called a Tracelet™ at the terminal to be worn during the cruise. The Tracelet™ supports contact tracing in the unlikely case of an onboard health concern. If you lose track of your Tracelet™, please contact Guest Services immediately. We’ll collect your Tracelet™ at the conclusion of the cruise. In addition to the Tracelet, guest will be required to have the TraceTogether app running in the background of their mobile phone or carry a TraceTogether token. All guests older than seven (7) years old are required to have a TraceTogether Token or the TraceTogether app downloaded on their mobile phone for the duration of the cruise. Likewise, Safe Entry scanning will be enforced when embarking and debarking the ship. We will also use information about where you've been onboard from our points of sale and CCTV to support contact tracing process.
For guests who do not have a mobile device to download the TraceTogether app, or were not able to pick up a TraceTogether token at their community center, Royal Caribbean will distribute them during check-in.
