I used Onboard Credit to pay for my Cruise Planner purchases. What will happen to the Onboard Credit?

The new 125% Onboard Cruise Credit is calculated on the amount paid for your Cruise Planner items, excluding previous Onboard Cruise Credits.

Any Next Cruise Onboard Cruise Credits will be re-applied to a new booking. Additionally, if you had any Onboard Cruise Credit as a result of a redeployment, charter, or other goodwill gesture, it will be honored and reapplied to your new booking.

Any other promotional Onboard Cruise Credit will be forfeited. However, you can take advantage of any great promotions that are active when you decide to book again in the future!
