When will I see my past cruise points in my Crown & Anchor membership account?

Your loyalty cruise points will automatically be updated within approximately 30 days (four weeks) after the conclusion of your cruise.
For inquiries relating to your cruise points, please email our Crown and Anchor Society Loyalty team at crownandanchor.au@rcclapac.com and provide details of your previous sailings: ship name(s), sail date(s), and reservation number(s).
