Can I cancel my show reservation? What if a I select one show/time, and then want to change it?

Prior to sailing, guests may change or cancel their show reservations online up to 4 days prior to their cruise start date. Once onboard, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to show time.

Before the cruise, guests may change the show/time using Cruise Planner.

Once onboard, guests can visit the Box Office to make any changes to their reservations or by using the Royal Caribbean App. Please keep in mind all shows are based on availability. Once onboard, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to show time.
