How does a guest submit an Air2Sea Lowest Fare Guarantee claim?


Contact Air2Sea at (844) 278-9745 within 24 hours after booking with Air2Sea to make a claim under the Lowest Fare Guarantee.

  • The lower rate must be available for booking at the time they contact us, as determined by our Support Desk Representatives. The Support Desk Representative will review the information provided and attempt to book the flights on the website advised by the guest or Travel Partner.
  • If the booking is successful (up to the payment page on the website), the agent will arrange for a credit of 110% of the difference to the guest's booking, within 72 hours.
    • The flight itinerary must be identical, including airline, fare rules, flights, dates, and times.
    • Lowest Fare Guarantee applies only to the base fare of the flight without including any taxes and fees.
    • Only one claim per cruise reservation is allowed.
