How do I view my Crown & Anchor Society points and status?

We have updated guest accounts so you will now use the same sign-in to view both your cruise bookings and Crown & Anchor Society benefits. When you sign in to your account, we will automatically display your loyalty points, status, benefits, and past cruises on your account Dashboard.

If your loyalty information is not listed, add your member number on either the Dashboard screen or within Settings. If you still do not see your loyalty details, email guestaccounthelp@rccl.com for assistance.
