How and when can I order something from Royal Gifts?

There are three ways a guest can place a Royal Gifts order:  online, over the phone by calling +1 (800) 722 5443, or while onboard with Housekeeping (please note, some exceptions may apply) . Make sure that you visit Royal Gifts online to see our selection of gifts.

Orders are accepted up until the second day of sailing (except flowers). Orders are delivered on boarding day by 8 p.m., unless otherwise requested (except floral arrangements, which are only delivered on boarding day). Please note that orders accepted after the cut-off times below will be delivered on the third day of sailing.

If the cut-off day falls on a US federal or company holiday, the cut-off day is moved to the day before. Our office observes the following public holidays: Martin Luther King Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labour Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving and Christmas.

GUIDELINES FOR ORDERING

Weekday Departures (Tues. - Fri.) 

Cutoff: 7 p.m. EST the day before sailing

Weekend Departures (Sat. - Mon.)

Cutoff: 7 p.m. EST the Friday before sailing

European Departures

Cutoff: Three business days prior to sailing 

* Late orders are subject to a USD 10.00 late order fee.

Orders are accepted up to 48 business hours before debarkation (with the exception of flowers and packages containing flowers).

Orders submitted online after business hours will be processed on the next business day. Business hours are Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST and Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Our offices are closed on Sundays and the following holidays: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Independence Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Weekend, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
