What health screening measures are being taken at the terminal on boarding day?
At the terminal, we'll continue screening measures to ensure everyone boarding the cruise, or working at the terminal, is in good health. All guest documents, including the pre-arrival Health Questionnaire and a negative ART test result for COVID-19, will be verified.
Effective 21 November 2021, all adults, above 12 years old, must be fully vaccinated (14 days post 2nd shot)at time of sailing. We are no longer grandfathering in existing booking made prior to Oct 1, 2021.
Guests will need to provide their vaccination status via the TraceTogether app, HealthHub mobile apps, or may provide an original hard copy vaccination card issued by the Ministry of Health for verification of vaccination. For children age 12 years old, he/she is eligible for VDS, ie they are allowed anywhere with VDS. If they are vaccinated at 12 years old, it doesn’t affect their VDS status. Individuals who live with or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, including receiving a Health Risk Warning, or is displaying (any) symptoms of COVID-10 in the last 7 days prior to cruise sailing will be denied boarding.
