Q

Where and when will physical distancing be required onboard? How will this be enforced?

A

Physical distancing should be practiced throughout your vacation, even when masks are being used— from the moment you arrive at the terminal until you return home— allowing at least 1 meter (3 feet) of space between travel parties. To ensure this, you'll find there are fewer guests onboard as we return to sailing. Signage, ground markings, and crew safety ambassadors will be posted throughout the ship and terminal to kindly remind guests of distancing and other protocols.  In line with local authorities’ regulations, seating in public spaces such as dining venues, theaters, and pool decks will be spread out to no more than five guests or one travel party at a time.

On sailings departing 22 November 2021 onwards all guests are required to remain in groups 5 while enjoying onboard public spaces, including restaurants and theatres.

Health and safety protocols, guest conduct rules, as well as regional travel restrictions and clearance to visit ports of call, are subject to change without notice based on ongoing evaluation, public health standards, and government requirements. Onboard and destination experiences, features, itineraries, and guest conduct rules vary by ship and destination and are subject to change without notice.
