Do I need to call Royal Caribbean to cancel my cruise under the Cruise with Confidence program?

The following policy applies to bookings made on or before March 31, 2022, that depart on or before September 30, 2022.

If you wish to cancel with our Cruise with Confidence program:

• Please opt-in here, and we’ll take care of the rest! After you submit the form, we’ll verify that your reservation qualifies for this program. If it does, we’ll automatically cancel your reservation and send a Future Cruise Credit in the value of 100% of your cruise fare paid to your email.
