What happens if I purchase airfare through Flights by Royal and I miss my flight or my flight gets cancelled?

If you miss your flight, airlines will mark the ticket as a no show, and it may no longer be eligible for changes, cancelations or refunds. You may contact the Emergency Travel team at 800-256-6649 to review options. We will do our best to assist, but reimbursement is not guaranteed.
 

If you miss your flight due to no fault of your own (i.e., airline delays, cruise related situation), the Emergency Travel team is available 24/7 to help you rebook your air travel to ensure you get onboard your cruise — either on time or at the next permissible port. All related transportation and hotel costs will be covered as well.
