Why am I unable to sign in to my account?


If you are having trouble signing in to your account, please check that you are using your correct email and password. Please note that you are limited to 10 sign-in attempts, after which you will be locked out of your account and will need to reset your password.

To reset your password, you must either answer the security question you previously set, or request an email that contains a link to enter a new password. If you need additional assistance, you can also visit Guest Services onboard or call us on 1800 754 500 (AU) or 0800 102 123 (NZ).

If you should encounter a sign-in issue due to a problem in our system, you will see a notification to try again later.
