How do I make a complaint?

We aim for you to have an extraordinary time when you cruise with us and we strive to make your journey great from the moment you book. But sometimes, things don’t go to plan and we’d really like to know. Telling us gives us the chance to say we’re sorry and explain – it also helps us improve things.
