Loyalty Double Points applies to new, individual, and named existing bookings on all eligible sailings made before 30 September 2021. Double Points is available to existing Gold, Platinum, Emerald, Diamond, Diamond Plus, and Pinnacle Crown & Anchor Society members. Double Points provides Crown & Anchor Society members double Cruise Points on sailings departing on 12 June 2021 – 31 December 2022 (“Eligible Sailings”). Cruise Points will be applied once the guest has paid their booking in full and completed their sailing. When reserving, a valid Crown & Anchor Society member number must be included in the reservation.
The “Cruise with Confidence” program (“CWC”) allows individual guests and guests in non-contracted groups who booked a cruise on or before 31 October 2021, on cruises sailing between 12 June 2020 and 30 April 2022, to either: (i) opt-in for RCI’s CWC “best price guarantee” on their current sailing up to 48 hours prior to the vacation start date; or (ii) cancel their cruise reservation up to 48 hours prior to the vacation start date and elect to receive a CWC Future Cruise Credit (a “CWC FCC”) equal to the amount of the cruise fare the guest paid RCI for their cruise. If a guest opts-in to receive a CWC FCC at a time when the booking is not subject to 100% cancellation charges, by opting in to receive a CWC FCC, the guest immediately becomes subject to cancellation charges equal to 100% of the cruise fare paid to RCI. The CWC FCC’s value may be applied on or before 30 April 2022 only towards the cruise fare due on a new booking or the cruise fare balance due on an existing booking, on RCI, for a sailing departing on or before 31 December 2022, or one year from the originally scheduled embarkation date of the guest’s cancelled cruise reservation, whichever is later. “Best Price Guarantee” program ensures guests receive benefits equivalent to our best rate and/or promotion available for their cruise up to 48-hours prior to departure. Program applies to bookings created before 31 August 2021 for sailings prior to 30 April 2022. Guests or Travel Partners who find a lower rate published for the same eligible cruise can submit an online request to receive 110% of the price difference applied to their booking as an Onboard Credit for onboard or pre-cruise purchases. Eligible bookings paid in full prior to a claim will receive a refund back to the payment method on file. Eligible bookings made with a Future Cruise Certificate (“FCC”) outside final payment at claim will receive an FCC for the fare difference. FCC bookings within final payment period will receive OBC for the fare difference.
