PRIZE DRAW RULES
These are the terms and conditions (“Rules”) that apply to the Royal Caribbean 100,000 Avios Prize Draw (the “Promotion”). By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to these Rules and confirm they have read and understood the Royal Caribbean Group Privacy Notice at https://www.royalcaribbean.com/gbr/en/resources/privacy-policy.
1. Promoter: RCL Cruises Limited t/a Royal Caribbean, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with registered company number 07366612 and registered office address at First Floor, 7 The Heights, North Wing, Brooklands, Weybridge, England, KT13 0XW (“Promoter”).
2. Entry period: The Promotion opens for entry at 12:00am (UK time) on 1 May 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm (UK time) on 31 May 2026 (“Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility:
a. To participate in the Promotion, entrants must be:
i. 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
ii. a legal resident of the United Kingdom; and
iii. a member of the British Airways Club (“BAC”) and accept the BAC Terms and Conditions. For full details of the BAC Terms and Conditions please visit https://www.britishairways.com/content/the-british-airways-club/about-the-club/terms-and-conditions.
b. No purchase is necessary, and entry to the Promotion is free.
c. A maximum of one (1) entry per person and per email address is permitted. Multiple entries or automated entries may be disqualified.
The Promoter reserves the right to require proof of age, identity or eligibility at any time in order to verify an entrant’s eligibility to participate in the Promotion.
4. Not eligible: The following persons are not eligible to enter the Promotion:
a. employees of the Promoter, Avios Group (AGL) Limited (“AGL”) or their respective affiliated companies;
b. members of the immediate family and/or household (whether related or not) of such employees; and
c. anyone else professionally involved or associated with the operation, promotion or administration of the Promotion.
5. How to enter: To enter the Promotion, entrants must visit https://pages.royalcaribbeanmarketingintl.com/avios-in-flight-wifi during the Entry Period and complete the entry form in accordance with the on-screen instructions during the Entry Period, providing their full name and email address and confirming acceptance of these Rules. Promoter accepts no responsibility if the contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
Entrants may also be given the option to opt in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. Providing marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter the Promotion.
6. Prize: There will one (1) prize available in this Promotion, consisting of 100,000 Avios, which will be awarded to one (1) winner (the “Prize”).
7. Prize conditions: The following conditions apply to the Prize:
a. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. However, if it becomes necessary to do so for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
b. The Prize is subject to acceptance and compliance with the AGL’s Terms and Conditions as stated at https://www.avios.com/en-GB/terms-and-conditions.
c. Avios are issued by Avios Group (AGL) Limited and are subject to acceptance and compliance with the AGL’s Terms and Conditions as stated on https://www.avios.com/en-GB/terms-and-conditions.
8. Winner selection: All eligible entries received during the Entry Period will be entered into a random draw. One (1) winner will be selected from all eligible entries performed by a computer-generated random process on or around 5 June 2026. The Promoter’s decision in relation to the Prize is final and binding, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
9. Winner notification: The winner will be notified by email using the email address provided at the time of entry within sevenx (7) days of the draw taking place. The Promoter will make up to four (4) attempts to contact the winner using the contacts details (email address and phone number ) provided. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that the contact details provided are accurate and to monitor their email account, including any junk mail folders, for receipt of the notification.
10. Claiming the Prize: The winner must confirm acceptance of the Prize and their eligibility within thirty (30) working days of the date of the initial notification. Failure to respond within this period may result in the Promoter’s right to treat the Prize as forfeited and to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries using the same selection process as described in clause 8. An alternative winner will be notified as set out in clause 9 and must claim the Prize within thirty (30) working days of notification.
11. Publicity: By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win, the entrant will take part in reasonable publicity connected with the Promotion and that the Promoter is entitled (but not obliged) to use the winner’s name, social media handle, image (including their publicly accessible social media profile image if applicable) and entry in connection with such publicity. Participation in any publicity is optional and will be entirely at the winner’s discretion once selected.
12. Liability: Nothing in these Rules limits or excludes any person’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or for any other liability which cannot be lawfully limited or excluded. Entrants have statutory rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described and services which are not performed with reasonable care and skill and these rights are not affected by these Rules.
However, to the fullest extent permissible by law, Promoter will not be liable for:
a. any loss, liability or damage caused by someone other than Promoter or someone acting under Promoter’s direct instructions and in accordance with those instructions;
b. any loss, liability or damage caused by any event or circumstance beyond Promoter’s reasonable control; s
c. any loss of profits or revenue, loss of anticipated savings or loss of goodwill;
d. any unavailability of Promoter’s website or application, or other technical failures of any kind; or
e. any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion.

13. Entry errors: If, for any reason, an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the entrant’s sole remedy is an additional entry into the Prize, where feasible. No more than the stated number of prize will be awarded. If, for production, technical, seeding, programming, or any other reason, more than the stated prizes set out in these Rules become available and/or are claimed, the Promoter reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by conducting a random draw from all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.
14. Cancellation and variation: The Promoter reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion and/or these Rules without notice where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control or where required by law or regulation. In the event of cancellation, the Prize may be awarded to a winner drawn from eligible entries received prior to the date of cancellation. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion or amend these Rules without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to entrants for doing so.
15. Disqualification: Without limiting the options available to Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right at any time to disqualify any entry or entrant that the Promoter reasonably believes to be in breach of these Rules, any applicable laws or regulations, these Rules or the spirit of the Promotion.
16. Interference with the Promotion: Any attempt to damage or undermine the content or legitimate operation of the Promotion is prohibited and may constitute a violation of criminal and/or civil laws. Promoter reserves all its rights and remedies to deal with breaches or suspected breaches of this rule, including, without limitation, to exclude any entrant or winner believed to be associated with such activity and seeking damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17. Disclosure of winner’s details: By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win, their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting Promoter using the contact details at the end of these Rules. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that Promoter may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the UK’s Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority, such as the Advertising Standards Authority for Ireland) if required to do so. This may happen where Promoter is required to demonstrate that it has awarded the prizes advertised. To request disclosure of winners’ details, enquirers must submit a request to emeapartnerships@rccl.com at least one (1) month after the closing date. Details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after the Prize has been awarded.
18. Accessing these Rules: Any website or platform on which these Rules are posted is only intended to be accessed from the United Kingdom and where permitted by law. Promoter makes no representation that materials relating to the Promotion are appropriate or available for use at other locations. Access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited.
19. Severance and waiver: If any part of these Rules is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the rest of these Rules will not be affected. Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
20. Disputes: If there is a dispute concerning the Promotion or these Rules, the Promoter’s decision shall be final and we will not enter into correspondence with the entrants (or their representatives) about it. If there is a dispute between these Rules and any other document referred to in these Rules, these Rules shall prevail to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.
21. Promoter materials: Promotional materials relating to the Promotion may form part of these Rules. In the event of any conflict between these Rules and any promotional materials, these Rules shall prevails
22. Law and jurisdiction: The Promotion and these Rules are governed by English law, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that residents of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland may also bring proceedings in their respective home courts.
23. Personal data: By entering the Promotion, entrants agree personal data they supply may be used by the Promoter and AGL or their agents or subcontractors for the sole purpose of administering the Promotion as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Notice, AGL’s Privacy Policy and/or the BAC’s Privacy Policy. Please note that we may also make disclosures of certain personal data as described in Rule 17.
