HOW DO ROOM UPGRADES WORK?
Bidding for the room you want and getting your upgrade couldn’t be easier. Here’s everything you need to know about the RoyalUp program.
You’ll browse through the stateroom options and select the amount you’re willing to pay for each upgrade. Making a bid on multiple rooms will increase your chances of getting upgraded, but you'll only pay for one.
We'll notify you via email if your request has been approved. If your bid is accepted, you'll be charged for the upgrade. If not, you’ll keep the stateroom you already have and you won’t be charged anything additional.
Your bid is priced per person and based on two guests per stateroom for the entire length of your cruise. So you only get charged for the first and second guests.
