Do you have a step by step guide to conduct online check-in?

Each guest in the reservation will need to complete check-in. If qualified and available, the boarding pass may indicate ‘Expedited Arrival’. App check-in is available up to the morning of embarkation 

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Open the App, tap ‘Check-In’ on the homepage. Verify cruise details. Tap ‘Start Check-in’
    • Scroll to select the guest to check-in 
    • Tap ‘Travel Info’ 
  2. Scan the guest passport and take a ‘selfie’ security photo 
  3. Complete the Cruise Ticket Contract and Health Acknowledgements 
  4. Select ‘Arrival Time’ and choose your required Arrival Time at the terminal on sail date 
    • For the best check-in and boarding experience, guests should arrive only during their pre-selected check-in/wellness screening time with their entire travelling party. All members of a party must check-in together. Guest's check-in appointment is dedicated for their screening, so arriving earlier will have them turned away until their time
  5. Complete these check-in steps for each guest and view boarding pass 
  6. 24 hours before embarkation a push notification will be sent
    • Tap the app notification to complete the Health Questionnaire
    • Tap ‘Health & Safety’
  7. Complete the Health Questionnaire, required of all guests before sailing 
  8. Complete the Guest Safety Briefing required for all guests before sailing
  9. Present your boarding pass at the terminal at your Arrival Time. Also Present medical testing documentation upon request.
