Q

How is Coronavirus (COVID-19) affecting cruises?

A

At Royal Caribbean International, our guests and crew's safety and well-being are always our top priorities. After further consulting with our partners at Cruise Lines International Association and in conjunction with the CDC, we have decided to extend the suspension of sailings for our global fleet for all sailings departing on-or-before November 30, 2020. Our goal is to resume operations on December 1, 2020 for the majority of our fleet. However, circumstances have extended the suspension for the some ships and sailings. Please check our Health & Travel Alerts page for a complete list of cancelled sailings.

As a result of this change, we’re providing impacted guests with a 125% Future Cruise Credit to re-book a new cruise by December 31, 2021 for sailings departing on or before April 30th, 2022. Or, if guests prefer a full refund, which is a lower value of the offer above, we’re happy to process this. Please click here and we will get the process started for you.
